Papillon - Returns Policy

If for any reason you wish to return an item, email us straight away and let us know the goods are coming back and return the goods within 7 days of receipt, letting us know the reason for our own records. THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT must be enclosed in the package or it cannot be processed.

We will refund the money in full provided the goods are returned in their ORIGINAL CONDITION with receipt, the item is unworn with all tags and labels intact. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the garment reach us safely, we recommend recorded delivery, we are not responsible for items lost in the post.

We will email you to confirm the refund so please make sure your email address is written clearly and is included in your parcel

Please note that items bought in our sale cannot be returned for refund but we will gladly exchange them. It is our policy not to pay the cost of postage for returns.

FOR RETURNS FOR A REFUND

You must include in your parcel the original receipt, your name, your address, a contact telephone no and your email address, we can only refund onto the card which was originally used. Without these details we will not be able to issue a refund
